Bumps?

I have a sort of bump or maybe blister near my privates. It isn't actually on my labia or anything. It's near the crease like where my underwear seam goes. I hope any of that makes sense. I don't really know what it is but its a bump with a top like a blister. If I open it there's some pus but mostly blood. It mostly just hurts and my underwear keeps rubbing it. Any advice as to what this could be or how to deal with it?
