Unclogged milk duct?

I posted recently thinking I had Mastitis my left boob was very hard, sore to touch, I had a fever, my body aches and I had a small headache. Within a few hours my body didn't ache my headache was gone and my fever went away but my boob still hurted. Now it doesn't really hurt but it feels like it's a lil bruised. Im pumping every 2 hours massaging also and I think I'm back to normal but not sure... Anyone who can tell me how I'm suppose to feel if it's unclogged... Thanks
