How do you emotionally accept that you're having your last baby?

I know when we finally do get pregnant, this will be our last child. I'm already having a hard time processing it and I'm not even pregnant yet! I've literally been changing diapers for almost 8 years. Raising my babies has been my life and I don't know how to do anything else. I mean, I used to work but no job could ever fulfill me like being a mommy. How do you prepare yourself and accept that 'this is it'? What are some ways you've coped with being pregnant and having a baby for the last time?
