Telling closest friends

I have not told 2 of my closest friends, that I'm pregnant yet. I plan to announce via social media next Sunday.... Should I tell them prior, or let them find out the same as everyone else.... Don't want any hurt feelings, I was told pretty early when rolls were reversed.
