Feeling faint??

Question

Today my fiancé and I went to Walmart and half way through shopping my body started feeling "jelly" my vision got blurred, my head was spinning and I was very dizzy and felt like I was gonna fall down.

I don't have a general doctor, should I go to the ER? 
(Right now I am feeling a little better)

How far along are you? This has been happening to me. There can be several causes... Low BP, dehydration, pressure on your Vera Cana nerve.... I went to the ER the first time it happened and they basically just chalked it up to pregnancy and told me to be mindful of my fluids, salty snacks, and making sure I am not sitting in a way or excreting myself in a way that puts pressure on that nerve.
