So confused!

My periods are a regular 28 day cycle on the day every month and last normally 5 to 7 days. I was put on birth control for a couple months after I had my 2nd ectopic pregnancy that had to be treated with the methotrexate shot. I ended my pills early causing my period to come early last month. I am now 38 days from my last cycle and all tests have been negative. I have no symptoms except slight nausea on and off and am very tired. Idk what to think or do, any advice would help. Thanks!!
