Do you think its true?

We have been ttc for 7 months now. This month I am trying Geritol and trying to BD every other day or 2. But so much of his cum, comes out of me after sex. Do you think that could be part of why I'm not getting pregnant? I lay down for 15-30 min after and still once I stand up a lot comes out. I have read that it doesn't matter because sperm is already headed to where it should go with in seconds of ejaculation. But still makes me wonder.
