No symptoms??

Question

I'm 6w 5d and have hardly had any symptoms. I have to pee a lot and have had cramps, but that is it.  I also found out that I'm measuring 2 weeks earlier than I thought last Wednesday. I have to go back in on Thursday to see if there is a heartbeat. Has anyone had a similar experience? Pretty nervous at this point that I'm going to have a miscarriage. This is my first pregnancy.

Yes, I had a blighted ovum my first pregnancy and didn't feel a thing. I only started to feel some sort of morning sickness right before I found out my gestational sac was empty. I'm pregnant again now, 8 weeks and haven't felt a thing. I want to freak out since I hvent had my first ultrasound but I know so many women that didn't have morning sickness and had perfectly healthy babies. All you can do is do everything your doctor is telling you to do, take care of yourself and eat well. The one thing you can change is how healthy your pregnancy is. Also, don't worry yourself before you have to. Keep thinking positive and have faith, that's where I'm at right now. You're not alone, I know it's hard to see other women who are later on with already a heartbeat and ultrasounds confirming a healthy baby and you're just kind of waiting but it will be okay.
