Pregnant or UTI??

I started feeling string pulling, pinching and pressure on 7th dpo. I went to get checked by my obgyn. Preggo test was negative of course its too early to test right? So she checked me and said i have a milky discharge doesnt look like its bacteria and asked when is the last time i had sex. She also said she saw small amount of blood in my urine and sent it out for testing. I do not have any UTI symptoms like burning sensation or pain. What do you guys think is it implantation??
