Irregular contractions for a week straight!

I'm 37 weeks today, my contractions started at 36 weeks and I'm very tired of them coming and going. I'm in so much pain all the time and L&D keeps sending me away because they're irregular! Would a doctor induce at 38 weeks because of this? I haven't slept over 2 hours a night, I think I'm dying! 😢😢😢

By the way they are in fact real contractions, I had this confirmed by a L&D nurse.
