Are these signs of labor?

I'm officially 39 weeks as of 12am and I've been having cramps for the past couple of hours and now I'm feeling pressure in vagina and butt. I'm a ftm so I'm not sure what is going on.

It sounds like signs of Pre labour - cramping - like period pain, is normal. And it may continue, or may stop in an hour or so. I've had cramping on and off for weeks. Once you cannot focus on anything but the contraction, and you have 3 strong ones in 10 minutes you've hit active labour and need to call to let them know - and get ready to go in

Maybe is time now if is your baby number 1 u can have the baby one week earlier or one week later of your due date

You will know when your in labor trust me at first I would always ask my mom how would I know I was in labor
