Period is due in 2days, i always feel the cramps but dont feel nothing ?

Me and my partner have been ttc for over 1year now, we are getting help now from the gynecologist. I am waiting to book an appointment for a hsg and also found out i have psoc 😔
Aunt flow is due in 2days and i feel nothing, my boobs are really hard and tender and i feel nausea. Hopefully its what i think but gotta wait to see if im late.

Could be a pg symptom! Could also just be a fluke but you might be onto something with the other symptoms. I usually get cramps/sore boobs too, and last cycle I was late with zero symptoms - I thought maybe the lack of symptoms was a symptom in and of itself, but no such luck 😂 only you know your body and only time will tell!
