TMI cycle after miscarriage

CD 38 after an early mc in February. I've been have lots of early pregnancy symptoms, nausea, tingly nipples, pinching cramps in lower stomach, bloated, vivid dreams this last week. I was due for AF around this time after what I though were ovulation pains on 6th/7th March but was feeling hopeful until AF arrived this morning with red spotting 😡 I've got really intense cramps much worse than I experienced with my mc and have just been to the toilet and have blood mixed with ewcm! No idea what's going on... Is this normal for the cycle after a mc??
