Labor After Induction?

Question

How long was your labor after induction?
I'm scheduled to go Wednesday night for Cervidil, to help dilate. Then I'll be getting Pitocin after that.

I was induced all 4 times and my longest labor was 10 hrs . Quickest 4 hrs. I dont even know what going into labor on my own feels like .

23 and a half hours after we started pitocin my son was born. It was AWFUL and all the medicines made me vomit several times. No matter what, this time i will not allow any medication what so ever. Best of luck!

Went in at 11 pm on May 11th, started pitocin at 5 am, broke my water at 8 am and baby girl was here at 12:03 pm on May 12th 😊

So, barely over 7 hours start to finish and honestly, it flew by. I slept after they started my pitocin and I was considered to be in active labor,  but they woke me up to break my water, so really for me it felt like that fastest 4 hours of my entire life. It truly felt like a blink of an eye. I thought my "fast" labor was normal after being induced, but seeing some of these women's times, I'm glad I had her so quick!

I went in at 4 the night before, got a folley balloon. Started pitocin around 6 the next morning and didn't deliver until almost 9 that night.

I had cirvidil only and was in labor 36 hours, pushed for two. It was intense to say the least. Be mentally prepared for a long labor (12-36 is normal). Also eat a nice big meal before you go in in case it's long!

Started cervidil at 9 pm, doctor broke my water at 9 am.. Received epidural and started pitocin at 10 am, started pushing at 2:45 pm and baby boy was born at 3:09 pm. This was my first and only pregnancy so I have nothing to compare it to, but it seemed to all go very smoothly
