Still pregnant...😪

Well after my check up today I was sure my doc was going to send me to the hospital. Today is my due date. I've been having very strong contractions since 4am. They're 10-12 mins apart but the pain is extreme. I can't take it anymore and I'm thinking about going to the hospital myself. My doc wants me to carry until Thursday and then he will talk about possibly inducing me. I don't think I could make it until then with the pain that I'm in. He says if I was to go now I would be waiting to dilate for a long time and I can do that at home.
