Cervical bumps

Hey guys, I have like 1 big bump and 2-3 smaller bumps on my cervix. I have been going to the gyn for about 2 years now, and haven't had a pelvic examination yet. I've had very heavy bleeding in the past, and my gyn put me on provera for the 1st 10 days of each month. I don't know how to bring up the topic at my gyn, kind've embarrassed. Should I be worried? These bumps have been there for 2-3 years now and they've gotten bigger.
