Labor soon? Tmi

So since Thursday I've experienced contractions and back pain. Went to l&d only about cm dilated and cervix was still closed. I had a bout of nausea on Saturday. I felt like i needed to clean everything yesterday. Up until today I've had constipation all pregnancy. Today I woke up very nauseous and I have had 4 BMS . also I noticed over weekend an increase in discharge. I'm probably just overreacting but.... Does this mean labor soon? Also I'm only 35 weeks :(
