Anyone advice !!!

Sorry for the post! But every time i have sex, weather it be days/weeks/months I always get a tear right at the bottom on that really thin skin. Then being an open wound it can spread to making further sores within that area and they are real sore. Has anyone ever experienced this and have any advice?? ( it comes even with gentle sex so it's not down to rough lol)
