TMI!!!!!!! Vagina feels inflamed during sex and after it gets sore.

What could be causing this? How do I stop it from happening? When my bf tries to put it In it is kind of sore and hurts like its the first time we had sex but we have done it plenty of times. Today after sex my vagina got really sore and still is .This seems to happen often for me and I don't know what it is ..it happened one time where I had a yeast infection but I know for sure I don't have one right now because it usually burns when I pee if I have one what should I do?
