I'm concerned, LOL HCG and I have Lupus HELP!!!!

At 4 weeks I started experiencing light spotting, it turned into a light bleed and has now gone down to light spotting again. I had bloodwork done it came back that my HCG was only 34 at 4 1/2 weeks pregnant. They did another round 2 days later and my HCG was only 44. It's suppose to double every 48 hours.

I have borderline Lupus which is an autoimmune disease. I have two aunts that also have Lupus one could not conceive and the other had multiple miscarriages and later ended up getting pregnant but all 3 pregnancies she had to do steroid injections and progesterone and she had premies with all 3!

I'm concerned I'm having a miscarriage. I'm sitting in the parking lot of my doctors office waiting to go in for more bloodwork and I'm also waiting to hear back from them about my inquiry about my Lupus. I know Lupus can cause fertility issues my aunts are proof enough of that.

What would you do in my situation??? I told them on the phone I want to do whatever I need to do to keep this pregnancy going. I'm 23 years old and it took my husband and I 8 months to conceive, I don't want to lose this baby...
