Baby kicks

Sorry for all the posts, the last few days I've noticed I feel baby boy moving a lot more. Mainly when I'm sitting or laying down, I'll feel him multiple times in an hour. Is this about normal for how far along I am? I'll be 22 weeks tomorrow. Also I swear he kicks my back side too sometimes, like I'll get some pressure like I have to poop even though I just did, and then it goes away. Is it him
