Back pain.

I don't know what this is but I'm 34w4d pregnant and I'm having back pain but it's worse when I yawn. I'm also having these pains in my back but on my hips. I'm not sure if it's contractions or what. My spine also hurts and sometimes up the sides of my back. I'm a ftm and needing advice on what this is.
