Need help. I'm 23 weeks pregnant and I have a really sore throat. Hurts to swallow, really dry, feels like razor blades going down my throat, and lots of flem in my throat. Can't get in to see doctor for two weeks. What can I take for it? Fishermans friend are not doing anything. Thank you :)
