One sided pain..near ovary

So I've been having mild pain off and on on my right side around where my ovary would be ever since I found out I was pregnant. Almost like ovulation pain. Of course at first I thought ectopic and I didn't have a scan but my OB said possibly a cyst which is very common. Well today it became more sharp like and more constant plus I was really dizzy this morning so really freaked out about ectopic so went to the ER. they did ER U/S and baby is right where it should be and well and couldn't see anything unusual around my ovary- said could be just "pregnancy" pain and hopefully it eases. It's not severe at all just wondering if anyone else has noticed this. I'm 8w 4d btw.
