Just got bfp, now sharp pains.
Just got bfp for the first time tonight. I've have intermittent kinda sharp cramps for about a week now, but tonight is the first time I've worried about it since I got a positive hpt. Is this normal? I'm not having any bleeding, or spotting, no fever...nothing like that. Just sharp pains every now and then. Does this mean ectopic? Or is this normal?
