Pains in lower stomach!!!

So recently I've noticed my discharge is like a yellowy colour and has a strong smell. I've also been experiencing pain when I orgasm I where my ovaries are but more on my right side and there's always shooting pains throughout the day there as well as in my lower stomach and all that area! I'm not ovulating or anything and haven't been the whole time I've been experiencing this.
