Pregnant while breastfeeding?

Question

Has anyone hooted pregnant while breastfeeding and NOT had their period come back yet? My baby is only 2 months old and I feel like I'm pregnant again.. Same symptoms from when I was very first pregnant with him.. Horrible fatigue, this weird electric sensation that is on my left side, psycho dreams and now nausea.. I took a test last week and it was negative but it would still be too early to test.. Please help!

You'll ovulate two weeks before your get your first period, so yes, you could be pregnant, if you had unprotected sex.

It's not likely that you would ovulate so early if you're exclusively breastfeeding, but also not impossible. Most of the time most women don't get their periods for about 6 months if they're exclusively and "ecologically" breastfeeding. That means on demand, no bottles, no pacifiers, frequent night nursing. It works as a pretty reliable birth control for a lot of women, myself included, but only for the first 6 months. Personally I didn't ovulate until 21 months and that's because I cut down to only two feeds a day. I was checking for ovulation and taking opks daily from about 19 months because I wanted to get pregnant. Here's some info on breastfeeding and birth control:
