Shaking?

Did anyone ever get the shakes while pregnant? I'm 18 weeks, and My heart was racing about 10 minutes ago, and now I'm pretty shakey all over.  I'm lying down to help it, but anything I move or pick up wants to shake.  Just weird :/

I get that due to my hypoglycemia often coupled with dehydration. Snack and water helps me.

Mine doesnt get that bad, but if i dont eat frequently enough i get shaky. I think i get low blood sugar spikes. It doesnt surprise me though as i would get the same thing prepregnancy...especially during my periods!

I had this happen a few weeks ago and my doctor freaked out that I didn't call right away. Apparently it can be a sign of a rare heart problem that develops during pregnancy. They had me do a 24 hour ekg monitor to make sure they could rule out an arrhythmia.

Same today. My legs were shaking like they do after a good work out.  I'm 18 weeks also. I read it can be from exhaustion and stress. I rested and it went away.

I get this way after I take a nap or something. It's weird! No idea why. I have low blood pressure so I'm not sure if that's why or
