First prenatal appointment.

My first prenatal appointment was way back but ive noticed mine was alot different than some other girls. When i first went in the room they took my heart rate and blood pressure and it was normal but when the doctor came in she just asked if i had any questions for her. I didnt get checked or anything. (She said under 21 they dont do PAP smears) It was a super short appointment! I wanna know if anybody else's first appointment went this way?
