Feelin unappreciated

My boyfriends side of the family is mostly boys, and girls are very rare. Well a few weeks after I found out i was pregnant, we were told that his brothers girlfriend is a week or so behind me. So his mom asked what the first heart rate was and I told her it was around 120 so she automatically assumes it's a boy and his brothers girlfriends baby was at 160 so obviously she thinks it's a girl.. she's all happy for her, but it's like none of his family seem to be happy for us just because it might be "just another boy".. I feel like me and my baby are so unappreciated by his family. Rant over. 😔
