Orgasm while sex

My boyfriends and I have had sex a few times and we've only been together a month or so, but he always finishes, he doesn't do anything other than sex which I find very weird, not even to me which i should probably talk to him about :( but he's never made me orgasm, he very nearly did but then it stopped cos he finished but how do I orgasm on sex??!!
