Thoughts on iced tea during pregnancy?

I'm in my first trimester and I used to drink 2-3 cups of coffee per day. Since finding out I was pregnant I stopped cold turkey. I have had a few co workers bring my in tea from Starbucks to be nice the last couple of weeks not knowing about my pregnancy. I'm a little worried about drinking and caffeine.... Any thoughts?

I was told under 200mg. Which is no more than one cup of coffee or maybe 2 cups of tea. Stick to what your comfortable with.

Caffeine is fine as long as you don't consume a lot. I'd feel Better drinking tea instead of a lot of coffee. I had at least a cup of coffee everyday during my last pregnancy... Maybe two. Moderation is key

I'm in the same boat, I used to do 2 or 3 cups a day. I've read some places that say 2-3 cups of coffee is fine for pregnant women and I've read some where it says none. So I've been drinking one caffeinated drink per day. Fine so far. Black tea has 20% the caffeine if a cup of coffee so I think you're fine :)

A cup of coffee or tea a day is fine, more than that isn't good tho. You can always get decaf teas and coffees too.(:
