TriCare Prime Fertility Testing.
I'm waiting for my referral authorization approval for fertility testing. I had my doctor appointment March 9th. I just called for the second time to check the status of the referral. It's still pending and the referral wasn't even submitted until the 17th!
Is this normal procedure? I just hoped this process would go a lot faster.
