I'd say a girl considering the 3 lines. Girl parts can get really swollen.

It honestly looks like a little sac to me, I say definitely boy. My girl's parts were swollen in this pic, but doesn't look anywhere near as big as your baby's part.

I've seen boy parts look like this. My nephews looked like this but if this was before 18 weeks it's too early I was told boy at 16 weeks and it's a girl
