Going crazy!! Please give me son input!!

So I got my period 2/13/16- 2/18/16 the hubs and I had sex 2-26, 2-27, and 2-29 then I had light spotting the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. I have not had a period since I was due for AF the 15th and still haven't gotten anything and my period is always on time and heavy with lots of cramp and I get flu like symptoms well I haven't had anything. Well still no flow I'm tired all the time and I have taken test and a wide variety of test and all come back negative. Could I still be pregnant and it not show up on the test but maybe in blood work going to make a doctors appointment after the 1st when my Inc kicks in
