Faint positive lines

Hi ladies! Just found out yesterday I'm pregnant! I took 2 First Response tests and came back positive with faint lines and I took a clear blue test today and came back pregnant 1-2 weeks! I went to the dr today and said she couldn't tell just yet bc of it being too early of course but said my lining is too thin also. I done a blood test so praying its positive as well! I have one child so this is our second! We had several miscarriages before we were finally successful! So praying this won't result in another miscarriage! Been spotting and having brownish discharge! Anyone have similar situation and positive outcome?!
