Please help me calm down..

My LMP was Feb2 which makes me 7weeks pregnant now. My first ultrasound (Mar12-5w3d) wasnt able to see anything just a thick lining. The following week (Mar19) i wasnt sched for another scan but the doctors want to see why im having cramps and spotting. We saw a tiny sac but no fetus yet thats why my doc said i might have ovulated late and an internal bleeding under the sac. The doctor said it might be the cause of spotting. Yesterday i bled. Bright red but not as heavy as AF. Its just every after i pee. I was thinking if that was the bleeding the doc saw. I tried hpt and its still positive. I dont have spotting anymore. Will i be fine? Have any of you experience bleeding but still pregnant?

Lastly, when do you feel the finger-like flick on your lower abdomen? Everytime i stand i feel dizZy. And sometimes i feel like to puke but really doesnt. Is it just psychological?

My next appointment is not until april 2, 2016. I wish theres a progress and good news. I pray to see my little bean.
