Brown Discharge?

First pregnancy. I'm 6-7 weeks along and for the past two days have experienced a little bit of brown discharge. I'm sure it's blood but its consistency is discharge-like. Not a lot, just enough to be noticeable. Normal? Not normal? Reasons? Just wanted to get your thoughts. Anyone else have something similar?

I had this symptom consistently (and then more sporadically) from about 6 weeks to 9 weeks. We had an early ultrasound at 6 weeks due to the brown, and everything was fine. Everything was great at my very recent 10 week scan also. My doctor deemed it a "juvenile cervix," and said it was harmless. I know it's scary, and I recommend getting checked out regardless, but it can often be nothing. Good luck!

Do not go to the er unless you are having severe one sided pains to the point you cant stand strainght. 
I had mc in december. Started with little spotting and what not. Rushed to the er. Sure enough threatened miscarriage. lost my baby couple of days later. There is nothing no one can do at this stage or could have done to stop it.Call your gynecologist, say you are worried, ask for an early scan or 2 hcg blood tests to confirm everything is ok.
That said i got pregnant again month later. Sure enough started bleeding again around 6weeks. This time pretty heavy red blood and clots. i was sure i lost a baby again. Called my gynecologist. She got me in, did transvaginal. Baby was there and she found Subchrionic hemmorhage and a tiny cyst in there. Had to take it really really easy until bleeding stopped. 2 weeks later i had bled out the SCH. I am now 16 weeks. Still spotting brown on and off and no one knows why but everything looks great!
To be honest, 50% of women bleed at some point. First trimester is the most common. Yes once in a while its a mc and it happens because baby isnt developing properly but more than not it is nothing to worry about. If your bleeding gets heavier, pink/red, you get cramps or start passing clots you should call your gynecologist. People in ER can do the same thing but they are not as focused on pregnancies so more than not they will tell you its a threatened mc at this stage while gynecologist knows better and is cheaper:)

Go To The ER And Get Checked Out , I've Seen Similar Post And They End Up Being A Early Or Late M/C . Hope Everything Okay
