Fitness fanatics TTC
Hey ladies! Just wanted some input or thoughts.. I'm 29 and the hubs and I are TTC for about a year now.. when we decided to start I was over weight and not very happy with where I was physically.. ( I was a college athlete and not used to being out of shape/wasn't happy) so in an effort to make both my life and any future pregnancy a healthy one I got back into tip top shape.. now, once again I'm "addicted" to fitness (which is awesome IMO) but I'm starting to wonder if my daily routine isn't having an adverse affect on TTC .. so how hard do you go at the gym while TTC? (I'm currently 5'2" 122 with 23%BF.. run at least 3 miles a day and weight training 5 days a week)
