Needing help during pregnancy.

I am 9 weeks from my due date, and unfortunately my husband is working out Of town and who knows when he will be back. Is there any way that you can "hire" someone to help you take care of things around the house while you are pregnant? I have serious back pain all the time and bad stomach pressure, I have a full size pit bull and rotwhiller that need to be taken care of , and they jump on me: on top of keeping the house clean and working full time I seriously can't do it anymore. Right when I get off work I come home and lay down , sometimes don't even feel like making my self dinner. So I am in desperate need , I don't care the cost I physically can't take care of my self or my house anymore. Thanks in advance !
