Pink/orange tinge in discharge?? No pic!

I'm 30 weeks today and yesterday they found culture in my urine so they're putting me on antibiotics (haven't taken any yet). I went to the bathroom and there's a pink/orange tint in my discharge but none when I wipe. I occasionally get back cramps but no stomach tightening or anything. What should I do??
