Could I be pregnant

I'm 8dpo and I have a sore throat, lower back pain, sore boobs, AF cramps but not as intense, no spotting, have been tired and had headaches since about 3dpo, been emotional, and it feels like AF is starting BUT when I go to the bathroom and wipe there's nothing...been having yellow tinted Cm on and off.
