Help. Spotting streaking..

Hey all, I am 20+1 and yesterday when I wiped there was a streak of bright red blood. I watched and inspected toilet paper all day and nothing. Today was nothing until I just went to the bathroom and noticed another small streak. Nothing on my underwear. I had a subchorionic hemorrhage when I was 8 weeks, doc hasn't said anything about it. I can feel baby moving a little, but I don't know what to do....
