10 weeks 6 days ultrasound

Hi im 10 weekswe and 6 days pregnant and the doctor could not see my bby in my ultrasound he could see the sac but not the bby is had any one had the same problem he said it might have stopped developing but we can wait 4 weeks and have a ultrasound specialist take a better look is anyone experiencing the same problem
