Blood in puke?

I am 7w3d according to Glow. My morning sickness hit last weekend. Today is the first day I've actually been throwing up. I notice a couple spots of pink blood when I threw up my dinner of plain buttered noodles. Should I be concerned? I have not had any spotting or anything. Is this just from my throat being raw? Is my baby in danger? I'm sorry if that's a stupid question...this is my first pregnancy and I want to make sure everything is okay.
