Pursuing a workout routine 😁

     So I'm 19 years old,weigh about 100 lbs, and I've never really had a stable workout routine so I've recently decided to attempt having one! 
     The problem is I just don't know how to get started. Id really like to flatten and tone my belly,and also tone my butt. Any tips or ideas on how to start? Anything would be appreciated 😇
