Hospital 🏥 and health problems..

I had something called a urethral polyp I was only 5 years old when I started bleeding really badly I had to have surgery and my question is have anyone had this and had a successful pregantcy because this past 2 weeks I started bleeding lightly then it stopped it then it came on Very heavy. I went to the hospital and they said it could have been a early miscarriage the gave me birth control pills to stop the bleeding 2 days later the bleeding stopped so I really want kids now I'm in my fertility week do you think by me taking the birth control pills it will hurt me? I just really need some advice at the moment everything happens so fast I had a feeling that I was pregnant this month but I was waiting to test and I never made it to test day my cycle are usually 26 days but this time it was only 22 can anyone help me maybe understand ?😩😩😩😩
