Back pain or back labor?

Well its been about 10 hours since the back pain started and it hasn't gone away just gotten worse can't get comfortable , worse when I sit up or walk. Can't get any relief!? What to do? I'm a FTM also

You could try some cat/cow yoga poses. On all fours just tucking your pelvis in. If it is back labor or because baby is facing your belly button this can help encourage him or her to move towards a more comfortable position.
