Just had sex, the condom broke. On my last period day.

Can i get pregnant? I have a friend with benefits that I haven't seen in like 3weeks. He came over tonight. We had sex. And since I like it rough I told him to go harder. As we were going at it the condom tore. We both knew because it felt better. He pulled out as he was cumming. I am on my last period day and spotting. I thought I was done but obviously not since the condom was blood stained. He's worried that i could get pregnant. Anybody been through the same?
