38w3d - Leaking Fluid, Positive GBS

Sooooo. I think I lost some mucus plug this morning. No blood and I've been laying on the couch most of today. Got up and noticed a wet spot on the outside on my shorts. I am Group B Strep positive. Should I call my OB and go in at this point? I'm worried, already have had a false labor where I trekked all the way to the hospital.
